06 Clients

In our clients’ own words.

For the first time in years I know what is coming before it arrives. The fee is the same every month, and so is the person who picks up the phone.

Director, joinery company, Lincoln

They understood that a farm’s year runs on the weather, not the calendar. Our accounts are tidy, our planning is calmer, and the bank noticed.

Arable farm, North Kesteven

Switching took one phone call from me. Everything else, including the letter to my old accountant, was simply handled.

07 Questions

Questions, answered plainly.

If yours is not here, ask it on a free 30-minute call — there is no such thing as a silly question about your own money.

Not at all, and you will not need to have the conversation yourself. With your permission we write to your current accountant for the handover information we need, set up our authority with HMRC and pick up from wherever things are. Most switches are settled within a few weeks.

Everything listed in your package, plus ordinary phone calls and emails with your accountant — we do not run a meter. If you ever need something outside your package, we agree a fixed price in writing before any work starts.

We work with the main cloud accounting platforms and will recommend one that suits how you work. If you are already set up and happy, we fit around you. If you are still on spreadsheets or a shoebox of receipts, we set everything up and show you the ropes.

Yes — it is some of our favourite work. We understand seasonal cash flow, mixed income from land, machinery and diversification, and we are happy to come out to you. Farm fees are quoted individually, then fixed like every other package.

Yes. You have a named accountant who knows your business and its history, supported by a small team so that holidays and busy weeks never leave you waiting.

Of course. We are based in Lincoln and see clients at our office, at their own premises across Lincolnshire, or by video call — whichever is easiest for you.

The call is for us to understand your business and explain how we would help. Good advice depends on your full circumstances, so we give it properly once we are working together and have the whole picture.
