Every engineer who works on gas appliances is Gas Safe registered and carries their ID card. Please ask to see it — we'd always rather you checked.
The 24/7 line goes to an on-call engineer. Within Lincoln we aim to be with you inside 60 minutes, and usually within 90 in outlying villages. If water is coming through a ceiling, we'll talk you through turning it off while we're on the way.
